Male or Female

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Business related courses

With 10-15 years sales experience gained in National or Multi National Companies preferably exposed to Food Specialty Ingredients or related Food Chemicals Trading Business

Has excellent sales achievement records

Capable of developing business relationships with assigned accounts and increase promotional activity, sales volume and profitability of specialty products

Must have demonstrated leadership skills with track record on assuming responsibility and achieving positive business results

Has broad understanding of sales processes and methods and has strong communication, organizational and time management skills

Must have the ability to prioritize and perform multi-faceted tasks in conjunction with day-to-day activities

Strong experience in developing sales plans; including targeting strategies, quotas performance metrics and sales program

Have solid network of industry contacts of decision-makers

With proven ability and skills in handling and motivating group of managers in achieving over-all business targets and quotas

Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City

Sales Executive

Graduate of Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or other business related course.

Presentable, with above average communication skills and has a strong personality.

With high level of energy and enthusiasm to work.

Focused on achieving sales targets through selling of products by studying business opportunities, establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, profit and service improvements.

Business Development Manager

Will be responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of FLOUR business accounts in Metro Manila.

Established strong business relationship for long term transactions with clients.

Have proven ability to lead by example and knowledgeable by promoting a friendly competitive environment.
